I assume Going Concern is if POR is officially completed on effective date on October 4 and it is a commencement date.

The point is according to the plan, the stocks are going back to its beneficiaries prior to commencement date.

It means to me, stocks are out of escrow and back to trading before October 4

Effective date is the date when the judge signed the order and it was Sept 14th.The documents of the debtor could be destroyed by Sept 28th.Nothing much.Nothing related to POR.
