It's Cloudflare. On my computer if I have it totally blocked the streamer and trades won't work. It will work too if I allow cookies from it only.
Here's what shows up on Privacy Badger along with 4-5 others that can be 100% blocked but if I block cloudflare only the streamer won't load the tickers and show quotes.
It's this one:

No big deal,I've moved the slider over to the right to allow it and all works well. If you know anyone else who has Privacy Badger have them try it on that link.
