Doubtful. MalwareBytes Browser Guard blocking trackers and it still works for me. Did you go through these steps? Using the searchbar at the top of the page, search for a stock (I use IBM). Click on the stock. That takes you to the stock's quote page and will sort out your auth. Everything should work correctly after that.
