Flipper, many things about nwbo are just guessing as to why they do things - imo and in discussion with another sharholder friend this weekend. Certainly they could have updated clinicaltrials.gov a month before rather than days after the 5/10 presentation. As the SAP evaluation protocol was on foreign sites since fall 2020 with ECA included I see no reason not to have done the update long ago Certainly before tld presentation. All is just a guess as to why wait until days after the presentation, I will still even go with the guess they forgot. I know you remember back when LG forgot to file the paperwork and nwbo went to the pink sheets for a day or two. Not likely they forgot but certainly have prior example of forgetting to do something that was needed

No, I am explaining reasons that would be entirely reasonable and would certainly have been broached by counsel. No “guessing”. The notion that it is incompetence is guessing. I expect it was likely quite carefully considered and a choice. The topic was raised here numerous times long before 5/10 and I believe people raised it with them. Those who insist that that decision had anything to do with the crazy trading before and then as of 5/10 are in fact ignoring the obvious to play a manipulative blame game.
