#514818 RE: vator #514808

Vator,

When a company's in discussions with other companies, either partnership or buyout, confidentiality agreements are certainly put in place and normally a quiet period is announced. We are already in a quiet period, I don't believe they must announce a quiet period within a quiet period. I'm of the belief that NWBO may have been in discussions throughout much of the past two years without having to announce anything.

Once the Journal comes out, the TLD Statement is issued, and we hold the Annual Meeting I believe that if discussions are still ongoing the company will in some way have to divulge them and could declare a new quiet period.

During a quiet period normal operations proceed, that could include going for approvals from the regulators. News that rightfully should be revealed would be revealed, what they're quiet about is what's covered by the confidentiality agreements.
