The real question is can we trust this management to deliver sustainable value to shareholders in the future? They have botched pretty much every move and it’s always a blame game. They have had enough time to prepare for this (years) and promised us shock and awe with a series of back-to-back news! And it’s not once or twice or thrice, we have endured this countless times for 15 years now. As a public company, one of the core responsibility of the CEO is to deliver sustainable value to the shareholders. He/She must take responsibility.
We must all seriously consider a change in board and/or management at the upcoming ASM. We have a tremendous product and world renowned scientists backing us, but poor and slow execution history. Time doesn’t stand still and we must demand change!
