If so, then that is a bullshit excuse by David Innes.

Quietly updating a government resource relied upon by patients, doctors and yes others to know about clinical trials is not market manipulation. If anything leaving it out of date, in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the website is market manipulation as it gives a misleading impression.

Besides who would make the allegation and how would they convince people (most of whom don’t know that the government website is supposed to be kept up to date by private companies) of this manipulation claim?

No one accused NWBO of market manipulation when the European trial endpoint update was leaked online even though it would have been easy to suggest the company had someone draw attention to it.

On the road for my first business trip since Covid. Getting lots of strange looks walking around Tel Aviv in my big boy kilt — and really not the weather for woolen garments.

Having said that, I really hope DI didn’t suggest that legitimate updates would make the company vulnerable to accusations of market manipulation. That does sound like B.S.. But frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised that’s what he said. If you ask me, LP simply wants to remain mute on everything — just because — so she puts DI in a tight spot about what to say to shareholders. And he just gets a bit creative.

As I’ve said before, there is so little information coming from the company, holding this investment is more similar to religious faith than about due diligence. So Israel seems the perfect place. And given how strangely Monty Python this company, the kilt is totally appropriate as well.
