Hoffman, AF and the 2 other reporting journal would not have been able to point to slide #11 showing pfs of treatment vs placebo and then look at clinicaltrials.gov showing pfs as primary and say (at least somewhat factually) that trial was a failure. Clinicaltrials.gov should have been updated and been easy to see primary endpoint was OS with ECAs
