Well I would have to write a book to be able to even start to address this but the number of Christians world wide are much larger than they were 50-100 years ago. There are many factors that are affecting percentages here in the USA , mostly immigration from non Christian nations. United nations orchestrated under Global immigration treaties orchestrated by UN and signed on to by our leaders . Policies dictated under the guise of humanitarian immigration.
If you notice with a quick Google., the top 10 nations we receive immigrants from for the last few decades are not Christian vs 50 years ago where they mostly all were. Purely communist implemented. Both sides of the isle
Nice data assemblage, a keeper. My guess is that it is under-reported though, as I think that there are some people who have given up religion in the practical sense, but have mixed feelings so would probably not readily identify as rejecting religion.
