DCVax causes pseudo progression so you would expect the treatment arm to have more instances of “progression”. So it only “failed” on PFS because medical science did not know how to properly identify PFS, not because it didn’t actually work. The point is that if you were able to identify pseudo progressors and remove them from the treatment arm (and the control), then true PFS would have been improved in the treatment arm. But you can’t, so OS is the clear and logical way to go.
