Investigators are paid by NWBO directly or indirectly.

They are usually paid via contracts to their employers. That is universally true in all the trials. They don't work for free.

Hygro - as usual you are wrong. The hospitals for which the investigators work are paid to participate in the trials for the time it takes to approve the trials through their IRBs, do the patient exams and keep the documentation for the study. Individual investigators are not allowed to receive direct payments for their participation in clinical trials. Please find some other forum (Twitter perhaps) to continue your obfuscation.
