The trademarks and name were sold to LCYB in the liquidation. It's right there in that 6th monitor's report that everyone doesn't want to read.
What that paragraph says is the corporation in Delaware didn't have to be renamed. It's dead now, has no corporate charter since Delaware voided it for non-payment of taxes and delinquency of annual reports, so it still being named BioAmber is irrelevant. It also says records and supplies that had "BioAmber" on them didn't have to be changed, but it would have been stupid to even do that.
Ever wonder why BioAmber hasn't said or filed anything with anybody since the directors and officers resigned over 4 years ago?
