Spin it however you like it, I will refer to Former:Bioamber Delaware file number if you like( #4612067 ). The name "Bioamber" has been sold to LCYB, proven fact. The shares are no longer associated to the name & LCYB did not buy the equity/shares of the company.
The former company was USA publicly traded, there is an SEC filing stating that all directors of the company were dismissed. The court appointed monitor has since been discharged.
