Surely not an expert or even close, however I think I remember that tumor load is a factor in OS.

If so, then maybe getting DCVax early after initial resection might have better survival results than after progression of remaining tumor material?

When 1:9.5 survive 5 years or more in nGBM 25/232 and 1:10-30 (to be determined) survive to 5 years in rGBM then advantage nGBM. There is a good reason the 17 SOC/placebo were kept out of this trial after the Spring Refresh (blinded data analysis). Best wishes.
