I think you need to refresh your education on a 363 sale with a stalking horse bidder within a liquidation sale of certain assets. It all adds up. Asset sale, releasing bidder information early on, as is bids that turn into an auction on the phone, Liens vanish off the Sarnia Deed, etc...........Maybe reading some Key CSCS posts will fix that. The info is their if you so to choose to seek it. May I suggest this one....Pay attention to your favorite RED lines and BLACK lines. Truly is a good read.
