That post of CSCS is complete BS as it pertains to BioAmber. LCYB only bought the assets and that’s it. LCYB did not buy BioAmber Inc or the shares. LCYB did not want or take the contracts and they did not get the NOLS as again LCYB did not buy the entire company. BioAmber Inc (where the worthless shares are) was not bid for, wanted or purchased by anyone.
You need to do some serious reading. Start with the monitors reports and court docs without the BS red lines, arrows and boxes. Those documents will show you the dd fabrication team is completely full of chit. You will see that shareholders lost their investment and those shares are worthless forever
