I'm not sure where you ever saw the SEC question the registration of shares.

The pdf you linked to requested Goff file financial information because it was no longer a shell. It said nothing about questioning the shares.

My question was what was the SEC's final decision after their July 11th letter? I can't find their response. Did they ever follow up? What was their final decision on the shares in question?

I just pointed out that from July 11 2013 nothing is found until the Form 15 shows up.

Not saying what a judge could or could not do.
