So just a form 15 was filed to cease operations and filing, all previously issued shares that were questioned by the SEC are valid in 2022? Mind you Form 15 was filed by yet another character that tried to merge a pharma type company into GOFF and failed. Therefore a 2022 appeal for shares legally canceled by a judge have high chances of being reinstated? Wow.

If only people spent time learning this stuff and not ask for free DD here sigh…
