I never said the hold was not lifted, I said the FDA never gave them permission to complete the planned enrollment, and that is true. Please avoid changing my assertions.
The events as you noted:
. FDA issues partial hold blocking new patient screening . NWBO tries for over a year get imitial screening restarted . 12/16 NWBO modifies IND calling enrollment complete . 2/17 FDA accepts and lifts hold allowing the modified IND to take effect.
At no point in time since 2015 did NWBO have permission from the FDA to resume screening. That is a hard fact.
