HyGro. given that so many components of randomized trial protocols are routinely not adequately described, one can assume that almost all clinical trials are seriously flawed. It is therefore a miracle that despite such inadequacies, regulators continue to approve new treatments.
There were probably around 7 or 8 sequential protocol versions made for this trial.
The SAP was never made until the end, which was likely because they wanted it to follow the final protocol.
So you no longer have to worry about the SAP changing as it never did. I'm sure that'll come as a relief to you, given your very repetitive concern for it. :)
