Zip, I don't think Dr. Juliano developed drugs. I think she ran and managed the trials. That's what it sounds like from her Bio.

ziploc, I think the brains behind the therapy is the main guy Decklebaum and Dr. Manson. Their names show up in various research papers involving additional research of vascepa. They started to develop the injectable in 2019 Juliano was still employed by Amarin but she was definitely involved in the development of V. Looks like she did the usual consulting for one year then started with Deck. As Jroon mentioned they're targeting different application of treatment.
Here's an interesting thought, Icosepent Ethyl is a diamond in the rough. One has to think about how many applications PURE EPA has that we don't know about??? It's mind boggling.
