It sure is likely Putin’s commenting about EU losing its political sovereignty is pure spin, but Europe is facing a severe energy crisis that is bound to test its unity over Ukraine.

Also, the sanctions are having their impact on Russia. Shutting down the Nord Stream gas pipeline is a clear indicator that the threat of enforcing Russian Price Cap on Oil and Gas will further raise the costs of war on the aggressor nation.

With Oil Prices having fallen below $100 to a barrel, and OPEC + Russia coming together to cut production so as to raise the price, does indicate that a Russian Price Cap could lead to prices further reducing.
