All the pieces needed for success in IVDN are only coming together right here and right now. In the past there were always key pieces of the equation that were missing but that has finally changed.

The law suit is won and all appeals are exhausted. A new national marketing campaign has just begun to introduce the multi-billion dollar building industry to the now fully validated Insultex House Wrap that no other product can match for energy saving and moisture protection performance. New distributors are coming to IVDN and signing on to sell the product. IVDN management has plans to ramp up manufacturing capability to meed much greater demand - and revenues are already on the rise from increasing orders.

Also, the new Climate Bill just passed and signed into law will be directing hundreds of billions of dollars to support energy saving solutions and this can only benefit companies like IVDN. This is the time we have been waiting for and it is here right now.

The chicken laid the golden egg 17 years ago. In the last 17 years the egg never hatched and became old, bitter and rotten.

It is not difficult to hire a sales team. Great sales people work on commission. Give a salesman/woman a great product (Insultex) and a great commission (top in the industry), STAY OUT OF THEIR WAY, and they will go sell product.

You are correct that IVDN is the only one that can sell Insultex. Problem is that Joe is IVDN and has proven, 17 years, he can't sell the best new insulation product to hit the market in the last decade. And there are other insulation products on the market that sell in the millions of units a year.

Joe, please retire, let a pro build OUR company, sit back and collect dividend checks
