LOL, Dr. Pazdur has provided no comment on how easy/difficult it is to get RA approvals or has any say in how countries like Japan, Israel, Australia, Switzerland run their health economics & RA processes.
The population of 2 of those countries you list is less than 10 million each, but NWBO will spend their precious resources to go after RA in each of those regions separately in the next 3 years? There will be more value in running a Direct ph 2/3 trial or DCVAX-L trial in other solid tumors than a RA across Switzerland, Israel & Australia!
You are witnessing first hand how long and tedious it is to get approvals in each major region. We are almost 2 years since data lock and no indication of a single RA submission/acceptance yet.
