KKR is behind the control who bought the Bioamber sarnia plant and put a lot of capital to expand it close to 900M, they will make the first move into the next step transaction, they are well known for restructuring business and returning them back to public markets, they never rip off shareholders, qualified means buying up the shares in this buyout/merger, there is hugely more to follow after that transaction with oil companies into Origin Materials
