Stock purchase plan? Is that accurate? If so I'll admit I was unawares. I see the S8 allocation awarded, and filing for share sells above .42 i believe, but nothing on the individual buy program. I also have yet to see a form 4 on insider buys. So news to me.
I can't see a buyout from these levels with diminishing metrics on revenue, and no laid out plans including licensing and JV partnership on developing the games. I can see a RM but even there, in this OTC environment, it'll shock and awe me if they do announce. We're currently trading at a market cap based on cash at hand. Zero premium on business development or future prospects. Price collusive fixing continues to weed out shares in play also.
