We don’t know if the FDA stealth process is going on, but it certainly is lightening fast. We also don’t know how much dedicated manufacturing, if any, is currently ready in the U.S. it’s strange to think of the U.S. as more of a closed black box and the UK as more transparent, but the system can work that way.
