The restricted shares aren't part of the float, but they are still outstanding and still part of the market cap. at one point yesterday, GGII was trading with a $1 billion + market cap. If you think it was properly valued at that price, I hope you bought all you could at that valuation. It appears most investors thought it was overpriced.
