3M's attempt to use the bankruptcy court is not over. To the contrary, I expect 3M will appeal to the USSC if they lose the initial appeal at the Federal Circuit level.
I wonder if today's news will cause many more 3M shareholders to opt for the swap with the NEOG-based spinoff? If so, these swap requests will be filled in only a small proportion.
