Actually I do expect some news soon. Whether it is the veritex default or some other loan I don't know. But of course it will come. And yes it could have a positive effect on the share price. Perhaps they are just waiting and taking care of several defaults before disclosing it.
Besides, they need to move fast if they want to acquire the Ingleside facility. They probably have to take care of the defaults first.
