Good choice. Recognized for its great weather for overall health. Good place to settle. Apparently many also retire there for better and close to ideal climate.
Close to Las Vegas. Seen and visited a relative of mine who is settled there, when he worked in Las Vegas several years ago, now retired. He drove through areas showing me the beautiful homes in upscale communities that were springing then.
