These registration filings will have no issue getting approved by the SEC. Because this is a reverse merger, the very first thing most companies do are to perform a capital raise.
It's one of the reasons they go public to begin with. In this case it's the primary reason, otherwise why bother going public if you are already making decent revenues and earnings?
