When the PPS climbs on little volume, it's means nothing just like in the past. If potential investors don't see a substantive accomplishment ( and they haven't in 10+ years or ever, this stock goes nowhere.) Pushers who continue to say positive things about this stock/"company" when nothing positive exists will not change that .
