If the initial acquition is a company with a low valuation - as you seem to think - then I think a lot of shareholders would sell out and a significant drop in the stock price would happen.
And ILST’s strategic objective - “ to create successful and financially robust enterprise which will consistently create and build shareholders’ value “ - would be in jeopardy.
With 1.936 B O/S I just can’t see the initial acquisition being a $ 10 - $ 20 M company - ILST is already trading at a $ 12 M Cap.
