I would love you to be right. And as I said earlier which many seem to Gloss over, The current market cap here leaves a lot more room To play with Then those represented by the likes of George sharp.
Even if sharp does come up with a fairly decent size company, He has lost a lot of supporters that might have been more willing to add more When it truly mattered which would be a merger company's Reveal. Now the only ones that might be willing to give it a second chance.... Are being a lot more cautious and waiting to see that something actually materializes
But let's also recap some history in the last year. IFAN Was touted and had and had a specific person's name associated with it that everybody assumed meant a company like what you're talking about of 50 to a 100 million dollars...... Turns out to be some guy with a apartment building Or something.
Or let's look at AVVH. They did have the merger company somewhat right.... Except this shell was bought for some of their future spill over business. No real value Currently to speak of and possibly not for many years.
Or let's just look at this last month. WNFT was touted on the ihub site as being the 5 billion dollar company WAX. Many of the posters there propagated this idea and it's main supporter put out all sorts of evidence that proved conclusively it had to be them!!!! 80% CRASH
These are only a FEW such examples. HINT: One of many types of reasons that the name "Frank" often garners mistrust
You're also missing the most obvious way a company can meet The price requirement for any of the higher levels..... Reverse split!!! Announcing this is usually a death blow for any stocks price...UNLESS The company can prove that all their other requirements have been solidly met and that is the only thing holding them back.
Anybody that's been in the OTC long enough it's kind of a joke when companies talk about uplisting. Because more often than not , The companies announced Are nowhere even remotely close to meeting all the other requirements..... It's usually pulp candy in order to get a slight temporary rise in the share price.
Whatever this merger company ends up being ,of course it's possible they could be something of that value level..... But don't fool yourself that that's not often a tactic used by almost everybody to Garner interest.
