Your example is irrelevant!! the money that you’re saying is counterfeited is still totaled in the “stores” supposed registers. No naked shorted shares are ever recorded or reported because they are never delivered to the” store” in your example, so there’s no way to count it and or tally the counterfeit bills or shares.
