I agree all should call and ask whatever version of the question floats your boat. Answer still the same!!!
Does dbmm have naked shorts today according to TA?
Does Dbmm have naked shorts 5 years ago that the TA can track ?
Can the TA track illegal naked shares anywhere in between ?

Answer- neither the TA nor the SEC have any idea about the presence or quantity of any naked shorting as it is illegal!!!

In your experience do ppl that break that law report their Illegal transgressions to Government agencies?
