In trying to decipher Gerald's comment about "week's end" and "not vote but things around it", I believe this applies to the Pre-14A filing last week, which states:

All holders of our ordinary shares as of the close of business on August 19, 2022 (the “Record Date”), are entitled to vote at the meeting.

This may indicate we will get news and a new 14A filing where one or more of the proposals to be voted on may change. I expect one change will be the RS ratio will be reduced from the 1:500 maximum, as that seems to be causing some concern among shareholders. Just my guess. Other opinions welcomed.

I would like to see GC follow through on the purchase of Todos shares. I think that will send a clear message to investors.

@JoeForkeyBolo ... You were stating to GC that YOU were still buying shares and in his response, he replied, " There will be news this week...and then YES I BUY."


GC misunderstood you to be asking him if he was buying shares while you were just disclosing that you are still buying shares..

Looks like after the 10Q, GC WILL be buying shares..
