CEO needs to maintain 60% ownership of AS(1.5B shares)? If OS expected to increase near 600Million(near 1.5Billion)would AS need to increase to 3.75-4B or is company expecting to have capital to buyback to avoid shareholder dilution? Will find out if 2.5B AS remains same or not.
