I don’t consider counterfeit shares part of the os and the OS can’t be higher than the AS.

I did as you asked called your number to TA and to no one’s surprise the answer is …we cannot keep track of any naked shorting whatsoever done by illegal means. Naked shorting =illegal. If they don’t know ever that includes 5 years ago. They don’t keep track and cannot!! Not now not then.
