OF COURSE, GEEZ. Go back and read what I wrote so you understand the steps needed to eventually get the capital to execute on the agreements you've done the leg work to put into place.
1) You hire an IR team 2) You put PRs out about the plan 3) You have some good agreements in place you share with the public (More PRs and marketing) 4) Your stock has volume 5) You find investment firms that invest in the small-cap space and your industry 6) The investment firm writes a check (six to seven figures)
That's the way this works fyi.
Eventually, when you want the 8 or 9 figure investments you have to then register shares. But that's more of an A or B round. But that's how this is done. Its not rocket science.
They are beginning to do just that. I expect most of their immediate agenda spelled out in their PRs to be completed by end of this year. These things don't happen overnight. Why so impatient?
