The new bill is separate from the austerity program. The Austerity Program started in Q1 in which no reimbursement was made for any new drugs in the Free-Pricing window. The new bill which hasn’t passed yet would limit the initial Free-Pricing window to only 6 months. This would be retroactive to include those drugs like VASCEPA which are currently in that window. So, VASCEPA not only is not reimbursable, but they will lose what’s left of their 12 months. A double whammy that wipes out the entire 12 months.
