How about argument by innuendo? By false analogy? There are many ways to make a questionable point that is not covered by the rules of logic. You have given good examples in the rest of your post:

Btw, AUPH is being left behind on this xbi rally. Also, KDNY is years ahead on anti-APRIL drug against IgA nephropathy.

We know that often (especially) small biotechs make progress by fits and starts. Neither of the two points made above have any significance with respect to the main issue of having a proven, effective drug, IN THE MARKET! Other concerns such as Covid impact, CEO's alleged faults, etc., will resolve as we keep moving Lupkynis into the clinic.
