Daniel, the company announced filing for the inspection of the facility for commercial applications. Many far more knowledgeable posters than me have said this is something they do just before filing for product approval. The UK has stated that their target for acting on such filings is 4 months. It simply adds up to the fact that an approval this year is very possible. Add to that the UK is very familiar with the product and permitting it's compassionate use for years and I believe you have all the ingredients needed to say they're likely to approve it without delays.
I'm only suggesting the odds are better than even, it's far from saying it's guaranteed to happen, but I feel it's reasonably likely.
