Daniel, that is simply not true, we know the production facilities in Sawston are being inspected, an application filed in the UK by September could easily be considered this year.
There is much we don't know. For instance we were not told that Flaskworks units were being installed in Sawston, yet they are now being inspected. Is it possible that the same thing is happening in a U.S. facility, perhaps one of CRL's, we don't know. We'll know if we are told that the are asking for an inspection, as they did in the UK.
I believe that the odds of approval in the UK are better than even this year and they probably are better than even in the other three regulators by mid year next year.
