"hemmed in by their legal counsel" is right, PartyMan! Their attorney edited every piece of positive news with a very heavy hand! They should have just read an excerpt from this paragraph from their 8-K:
"Effective August 1, 2022 , the “Company” entered into an Amendment to Senior Secured Promissory Note with Auctus Fund, LLC ... The Amendment extended the maturity date of the Note to November 1, 2022 and extended the dates for the completion of the acquisition of XTI Aircraft and the uplist of the Company’s common stock to a national securities exchange to November 1, 2022."
