I believe NWBO's SEC filing that says OS data is confounded by the cross-over. They said it under oath. And confounding makes the OS endpoint questionable as to whether it is real. FDA will clearly know that.
"Confounding factors may mask an actual association or, more commonly, falsely demonstrate an apparent association between the treatment and outcome when no real association between them exists."
