My take is that GTEM rates very low on the SEC hit list and resolving our issue(s) is of no or low importance to them at this time.

That being said, the sooner this company inks the Mexican deal or something with similar value or S-whatever has a bonafied and successful 40K feet flight test we are basically doomed down here in nickel/dime land.

The SEC should be fully aware of just how damaging that bogus Russian deal has effected GlobeTel and its shareholders. Do you guys mean to tell me that the SEC would still be up GTE's ass if all would have went as planned/thought? The media scum have also bottom-fed greatly due to this crap, but yet the company continues to conduct business and put out new developments while under the scope.

Ps. Miss Katz does exist, and she did reply to a complaint filed with the SEC against the SEC, and in favor of GlobeTel = the little guy! As for the file claim #, that's another chapter for the SEC database reference.

So good2be given the clarity of these charges, wouldn't you think that proof would also be at hand? If proof was at hand why are we four+ months later waiting for completion? There is another possible explaination. The Internal audit has not completed as yet, according to R. Bleckman. Is it possible that the SEC is waiting to review the outcome of that audit? Just a question, not an answer.
