Actually it does matter who is providing the information or claims. In this case it is clear that the mentioned nominees is Tuckers ex wife and her own parents... If the source of the information is the same source who profitted and was mentioned as nominees... why wouldnt it matter, wouldnt that be a huge conflict of interest??
To me it seems like, in this case, the ex wife and her parents are lucky they didnt go to jail. Tucker was cleared of any wrong doing and is a private citizen and is not banned. His ex wife and parents though were never charged, so if i was them i would be careful.
