You should preface your opinion with a warning that you are speculating on an outcome just as much as those of us that actually have skin in the game.
You’re trying to say that it takes 7 years to cancel a ticker? It’s actually a pretty simple process. And what evidence is there to bury? There are countless public records and significant sealed/private records that are out there…yet no investigation or charges has occurred.
What is most likely true is that there are many pissed off counter parties involved with this ticker that are desperately trying to keep this ticker from moving. Delaying the inevitable.
